Salt Lake City, Utah-based Inteliant Corporation, a division of SOS Staffing Services (Nasdaq: SOSS) and e-business applications provider BroadVisionInc., announced a comprehensive alliance Wednesday that will pool the companies’ products and services.
The firms will focus on the telecommunications industry, where Inteliant has had considerable success in the past. Inteliant will bring BroadVision’s suite of integrated applications into its solution center in Kirkland, Washington, and the two will pursue cross-selling opportunities in a number of industries.
Inteliant said it specifically identified the Redwood City, California-based BroadVision early on as an alliance partner. Inteliant has more than 700 consultants working across the U.S., while BroadVision’s applications are available in 120 countries.
