Bellevue, Washington-based Onyx Software (Nasdaq: ONXS) said Tuesday that it has broken into the nascent Asian CRM market in a joint venture with Singapore Technologies Telemedia (STT).
The company said the CRM-on-demand product will be offered to thousands of STT customers in Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand, and will be expanded to Malaysia, China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Brunei by the end of the year.
The companies will team with a number of Asian-based ASP and consulting firms to expand the market for the solutions.
