Database and Internet marketing provider Epsilon said Thursday that it has been chosen by MGM Grand, the famous Las Vegas hotel, to assist the hotel’s CRM efforts. The Burlington, Massachusetts-based company will help sift through data and craft Internet marketing for the hotel.
With 5,034-rooms, the MGM Grand is one of the world’s largest hotels. It features casinos, a $100 million conference center and more entertainment than most small cities have to offer.
