Enterprise portal Viador (Nasdaq: VIAD) and Zamba Solutions (Nasdaq: ZXBA) announced Monday that they have formed a partnership to deliver CRM solutions through an enterprise portal.
The Monterey, California-based Viador will provide its E-Portal Framework to the partnership, while its Mountain View, California-based neighbor Zamba will provide consulting and systems integration experts to develop customer care initiatives for e-business, the companies said.
The initiative will be aimed at Fortune 1000 customers, with which both companies are familiar. Zamba presently works with Microsoft, Oracle and Sun, while Viador counts IBM, Lucent, Sprint and Nortel as customers.
