Aspect Communications (Nasdaq: ASPT) said today that its CRM software has been selected by the largest privately held transaction processing company in the United States.
The San Jose, California-based company said Cardservice International, which processes some $11 billion in credit card transactions from 185,000 merchants, selected its software to support the use of Aspect’s Call Center software.
Aspect’s CRM portal was recently selected as product of the year in the “Multimedia Customer Contact Portal” category by “C@ll Center CRM Solutions” magazine.
