After reporting slumping sales for the 10th consecutive quarter last week, Baan Company N.V. (Nasdaq: BAANF) said Thursday that CMG, a global Information and Communications Technology (ICT) service provider with offices scattered throughout Europe, selected its CRM solution to support the company’s telecommunications operation.
CMG will use the solution to simplify its complex pricing and product structure, Baan said, adding that it was chosen ahead of rival Siebel Systems. CMG will employ the solution in operations in the Netherlands, UK and Germany.
