Davox Corporation (Nasdaq: DAVX), a Westford, Massachusetts-based provider of CRM solutions, announced today that its first quarter revenues shot up to a record $26.4 million (US$), an increase of 30 percent over the same quarter last year.
The company said much of its growth was fueled by its expansion in Europe, where it sold its solutions to new customers in Canada, the UK, and Luxembourg.
Davox also highlighted its partnership with Kana Communications and its reseller agreement with SBC Communications, the second largest U.S. communications company, as significant milestones in the quarter.
