Lake Forest, Illinois-based eLoyalty (Nasdaq: ELOY) said Monday that it has signed the first customer for its Loyalty Foundation, a hosted CRM suite that it says offers customers an alternative to on-premise solutions with no capital investment.
Cricket Communications, a new wireless company that is a subsidiary of Leap Wireless International (Nasdaq: LWIN), was the first taker.
eLoyalty said Cricket Communications will use the Loyalty Foundation, the first in a line of Loyalty brand products, to reduce individual call times at its call centers and increase the effectiveness of its Interactive Voice Response unit to promote customer self-service.
