Solutions provider ePartners completed its bookend of nationwide CRM offerings, as the Dallas, Texas-based company announced today that it will acquire the San Mateo, California-based LeadTrack Systems for an undisclosed sum. LeadTrack offers software for sales lead automation.
The acquisition will be ePartners’ second CRM pickup. In March, it purchased Canton, Massachusetts-based ThunderBolt Technologies, a company focused on interactive selling networks for mid-sized businesses.
Epartners said this acquisition would solidify its national CRM practice. The company has provided software solutions to 7,000 clients throughout the United States and the world. It has 550 employees in offices across the country.
