Data warehousing company NCR Corporation and Experian announced today that they have signed a joint marketing agreement to offer integrated CRM solutions to the telecommunications industry.
The companies said NCR would leverage Experian’s proprietary PIN technology in its data warehousing and CRM solutions.
Experian’s PIN replaces the traditional customer database of names and addresses, the company said. Its database contains nearly 80 million updates that are made daily using 10,000 verified sources in the United States.
