Quintus Corporation (Nasdaq: QNTS) announced Monday that free Web site provider OhGolly.com has selected it to communicate with and track its customer interactions.
The Newport Beach, California-based OhGolly has built free Web sites for over 100,000 small businesses through a network of “Internet Customization” coaches, who guide customers through the process of building a Web page and also sell additional value-added services.
The Fremont, California-based Quintus, which had fourth quarter revenues of $16.1 million, will provide its CRM solutions to allow OhGolly representatives to communicate with its customers via e-mail, voice, voice over IP, and fax. Quintus will also track customer interaction data.
