Enterprise solutions provider Symix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYMX) reported Thursday that a delayed rebound of the traditional enterprise systems market following Y2K slowed its growth in the third quarter.
The Columbus, Ohio-based company said it booked revenues of $31.4 million for the quarter, up a tick from the $31.3 million it delivered in the third quarter of 1999. The company has booked revenues of $97.9 million for the first nine months of the fiscal year.
Symix also booked an operating loss of $1.2 million for the quarter, which excludes a one-time charge of over $600,000 for its acquisition of eCRM provider Profit Solutions, Inc.
